All Prices and Charges advertised exclude VAT where applicable, and may be amended without prior notification.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information is correct. However, we reserve the right to amend pack sizes, colours, specifications and prices where we deem it necessary, without prior notice.

Delivery

Delivery For all UK mainland and Ireland orders, unless specified otherwise we aim to despatch on an overnight courier within 3 days of receipt of order but this is not guaranteed. Charges are made for specific delivery requirements. For Next Day delivery, please order before 10.00 am. We will do our utmost but Next Day delivery cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on current pressure of work. Unfulfilled Next Day charges will be refunded

• Booking-in to the day - £5.00
• Guaranteed morning deliveries - £10.00 per consignment
• Guaranteed before 10am - £25.00

A Carriage Charge of £15 will apply to all orders under £250 for U.K mainland and Northern Ireland addresses.
For Isle of Man and Ireland addresses our minimum order is £500, for which delivery is made carriage paid.
For Exports and Channel Islands our minimum order is £250, deliveries will be carriage paid to your U.K shipping agent or haulier.
For other UK offshore addresses deliveries under £250 carry a 5% surcharge in addition to the £12 carriage charge.

Deliveries must be checked and signed for. Any shortage or damage to cartons must be noted on the carriers delivery sheet when the goods are signed for. Signatures with the remark "Unexamined" are not acceptable. Claims for damage or pilferage must be made in writing within 3 days of the date of the invoice and for non-delivery or short delivery, within 7 days of the date on our despatch note or invoice.

Ordering & Payment

Order Values: Our minimum order is £75 excluding VAT. Orders over £250 excluding VAT will be delivered carriage paid to most U.K mainland destinations (see "Delivery" above).

Payments by customers not holding a credit account confirmed in writing by the Playwrite Group plc, can be made by credit/debit card or cheque which must be cleared by our bank before goods can be despatched.

Where a Credit Account has been established, Payment is due Nett within 30 days of invoice date. No settlement discounts are available. The granting of credit facilities and any limits applied are at the absolute discretion of The Playwrite Group plc.

All goods remain the property of The Playwrite Group plc until payment for all goods under all contracts has been received in full. The risk in the goods will pass to the buyer upon delivery, so they must be kept in saleable condition .
